Coach Reynolds' previous coaching experiences include stints at Holy Cross College Woman's program, St. Joseph High School, Northwood High School, and the women's varsity coach at Marian High School. In 2006, Reynolds led the Marian squad to semi-state where the team earned 'team of the year'. Also in 2006, Coach Reynolds won the NIC coach of the year and in 2008 he led Marian to an overall record of 13-5-1, winning his second NIC coach of the year award.  

 Reynolds played for the Panamanian soccer national team, which participated in the "Mundial de la Emigracion" in 1982, 1983, and 1986. He also participated in World Cup qualifiers for Mexico '86, and again for Italy '90. He also played three years in the Panama Premier League for EuroKickers F.C. Coach Reynolds' most recent stint was with the South Bend Soccer Club from 1990-1998.
